Aleut is searching for teammates to provide temporary conference production support for the NCLS. Part-time work may be considered on an individual basis.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Government to ensure all elements of the NCLS program are properly developed, reviewed, organized, and executed. Specific activities will include the following:
- Support Government leads to ensure the overall NCL production flow is seamless, smooth, and effective noting that between 40 and 60 sessions are supported, with as many five occurring simultaneously
- Interface with contract production personnel to ensure appropriate development, setup, execution, and teardown
- Support Government speaker interfaces to ensure appropriate media and logistical preparations are in place to support the presentations
- Interface with media providers to help ensure content is appropriately reviewed and delivered on time
- Interface with cadet session leaders to ensure speaking messages are appropriate, practiced, and ready for flawless execution
- Coordinate with all team facilitators to review program execution and identify opportunities for improvement
- Plan and execute projects as assigned
- Note this is a short-term opportunity of approximately four months duration
Qualifications:
- Must be meticulous, dependable, highly organized, and mission focused
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting planning and execution of large-scale events
- Familiarity with common computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree is desired
- Experience working in a military environment is highly desired.
Work Location / Travel: This role will support an ONSITE effort at the USAFA. This role will require no travel.
Compensation: $72,800 annual equivalent
