Role Summary
We are looking for experienced loan administrators to join our team at Third Federal. Our ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and has a passion for helping people. This is a full time, onsite position. Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Responsibilities
Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
Manage and follow loan applications from origination through closing
Provide proactive communication to customers regarding documentation and next steps
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to new or existing applications
Maintain accuracy and productivity while managing deadlines
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum of 1-year recent experience taking financial loan applications
Outstanding customer service skills
Professional grammar and demeanor
Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
Retail bank teller experience preferred

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
