Description

The Kennedy Township Police Department is accepting applications for the position of full time police officer.  Applications are due by December 11, 2026 by 3pm.    Starting salary  for 2026 with less than 5 years experience is $65,800 plus a generous benefits package, reaching full salary by the beginning of their fourth year.  Police officers with at least five years of continuous full time experience will be at full salary by the end of their first year which is currently approximately $94,000.    Currently officers are exceeding $100,000 with court appearances and overtime.  Go to www.kennedytwp.com for job description, testing information and application.
