Planchek Inc is a privately held company located in Waldorf, MD.. Planchek holds two contracts with Charles County Government to perform Building Plan review and Building inspections. Planchek has held these contracts since 1997. We also hold a contract with the Town of Indian Head MD to perform the same services. The Indian Head contract began in 2002.
Company History
Planchek was founded in 1994. The company's original focus was architectural design and small land planning ventures dating back to 1989. When the County decided to opt out of building code administration Planchek was positioned and equipped to serve in those capacities. Planchek has worked with Charles County since 1997. We position ourselves long-term by incorporating electronic methods and equipment, and complimentary policies.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Planchek is a contract agent for local governments in southern Maryland - Charles County & Town of Indian Head. Planchek was chosen as the contract agent for these entities four times. We enjoy a superior realtionship with our employers.
