Job Summary:
The position is for a CT Technologist located in Everett, Washington, at a Level II Trauma Center. The role involves performing advanced computed tomography procedures, including the use of 3D rendering techniques such as maximum intensity projections, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The job involves working the day shift, with a 12-hour shift schedule, and candidates should have at least one year of experience in the field.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 3x12 hour day shifts per week, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: WA state license, BLS certification, ARRT-CT certification, ARRT-R certification, at least 1 year of recent experience with GE scanners within the past year, proficient in stroke protocol, and ability to perform advanced imaging techniques.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Philips PACS, Level I and Level II trauma experience, and proficiency in stroke protocol.
- Float: Travelers may be asked to float within hospital or to a sister hospital nearby.
- Additional Information: Must have experience in advanced CT procedures including various contrast studies and specialty imaging such as PET CT and vascular CTA. The position requires adherence to hospital policies, appropriate use of clock-in/out systems, and flexibility with department workflow. Holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day are mandatory work days, with a commitment to working three of these holidays during the contract.
