Job Summary:

• Required Qualifications: California license must be in hand; Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support), ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), ARRT Advanced, CA CRT (California Certified Radiologic Technologist), and CT certification; 1 year of experience in the specialty; Current LA fire card within the last 30 days; Minimum 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Must be open to all shift times, cannot accommodate a specific shift request.
• Additional Information: Guaranteed hours; travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state. Travelers must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). RTO (Request for Time Off) must be included at the time of submission. References consisting of two individuals covering at least 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required. Candidates must respond to specific pre-submission questions regarding prior experience at Providence facilities and provide documentation of recent LA fire card.
