Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a sonographer specializing in echocardiography (ULTRA ECHO) to work in Lincoln, Nebraska. Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience in maternal-fetal medicine (MFM), obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), or a related specialty. This position involves performing detailed anatomical surveys, fetal echocardiograms, biophysical profiles, fetal growth scans, umbilical artery Dopplers, transvaginal ultrasounds, first trimester ultrasounds, and amniocentesis ultrasound guidance. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 07:30 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Friday.
- Required Qualifications: ARDMS certification, BLS (American Heart Association), minimum 2 years of experience in MFM, obstetrics and gynecology, or related field, with proficiency in detailed anatomical surveys, fetal echocardiography, and ultrasound-guided procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong background in OBGYN sonography with the ability to perform complex scans within the limit of 10.
- Additional Information: Ultrasound studies include detailed anatomical surveys, fetal echocardiograms, biophysical profiles, fetal growth assessments, umbilical artery Dopplers, transvaginal, first trimester ultrasounds, and amniocentesis ultrasound guidance using Viewpoint and Epic systems, GE E10, and Expert 22.
- Certifications and EMR: ARDMS certification, BLS (AHA), and experience with EPIC electronic medical records systems.
- Flexibility: Float: Float rotation may be required.
