Job Summary:
A Radiology and Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist position is available in Portland, Oregon. This role involves supporting electrophysiology procedures within a short-term acute care facility. Candidates are required to bring their Oregon licensure through the Oregon Medical Board (OBMI) on the first day. The position requires a minimum of one year of related experience, and the selected candidate will be expected to float between nearby facilities as needed.
Job Details:
- Location: Portland, Oregon
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/06/2026
- Required Qualifications: Oregon licensure through OBMI, ACLS certification, ARRT Radiography (R) certification, BLS certification, 1 year of electrophysiology experience, ability to perform procedures such as arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, conduction studies, pacemaker insertion, and electrophysiology evaluation; proficient with Epic charting system; valid drivers license and vehicle required; candidates must have worked at a healthcare facility within the last 3 years and provide 2 references covering at least 1 year of recent experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care environment, previous experience floating between facilities, familiarity with Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), and Watchman procedures
- Additional Information: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities; refusal to float may lead to termination of assignment. Candidates must be willing to work 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). Travel compliance includes a 50-mile radius rule and submission of recent references.
