Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist position located in Overland Park, Kansas. The role involves supporting interventional radiology procedures, utilizing advanced imaging equipment, and maintaining sterile technique in a high-volume clinical environment. Candidates are required to bring their Kansas license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (depends on the day), with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Three years of experience in interventional radiology procedures; Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ARRT Radiology (ARRT R); Kansas license (LRT); proficiency in Interventional Radiology special procedures, PACS, sterile technique, and equipment setup; experience with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE Innova imaging systems and working in a high-volume or complex interventional radiology environment.
• Float: Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed.
• Additional Information: Must have a GE imaging machine, EPIC EMR, and PACS. Vaccination for the flu is required. The position involves onboarding and adherence to strict procedural protocols, including PPE and sterile techniques.
