Job Summary:
Emergency Department Registered Nurse located in Indio, California. This position involves assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The RN will supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, basic life support (BLS) certification, no minimum years of experience required, location in California, and education as required for RN licensure.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency nursing is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
