Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Spring Grove, Minnesota. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: A Director of Nursing position is available in Spring Grove, Minnesota, within a long-term care unit. This role involves overseeing nursing operations at a 38-bed facility that provides short-term and long-term care. Candidates must bring their Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license and be prepared to start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of acceptance. The position requires a flexible schedule primarily covering day shifts, with the ability to assist on other shifts as needed. Job Details: Schedule: 8-hour shifts, primarily 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility to assist on other shifts; minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Minnesota RN license, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 2 years of geriatric nursing experience, with a minimum of two years in a long-term care nursing facility. Prior management, lead, or Director of Nursing experience is strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred but not required). Experience: 0 years (not specified), but preferred 2 years of geriatric and long-term care experience, with leadership experience highly valued. Additional Information: Candidate must initiate the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or within 24 hours for a quick start. The facility provides orientation from Monday through Sunday, with 8-hour unbillable orientation hours. Interview Days: Monday through Friday, via manager phone interview and MSP interview as needed.
