Job Details

- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Additional Information: Position involves patient assessment, therapeutic interventions, documenting patient progress, and adhering to facility policies and SOPs. The role may require flexing to accommodate patient needs and ensuring compliance with AHA and other healthcare standards.
