Job Summary
Surgical Technician/Operating Room Tech (Neuro / Spine, Ortho, and Vascular) Birmingham, AL. The organization is seeking a Surgical Technician/Operating Room Tech to support surgical services in the main operating room. Responsibilities include preparing and supporting surgical procedures in alignment with established standards and ensuring required documentation and readiness for each case. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 06:0016:30 (10 shift hours), minimum 40.0 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Surgical Technician/Operating Room Tech experience with Neuro / Spine, Ortho, and Vascular
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with da Vinci and Maxofacial
- Additional Information: On-call weekend coverage may be required; call is evenly distributed by the coordinator; Cerner is used for documentation
