Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist in Louisville, Kentucky. The successful candidate will evaluate patients, develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician directives and patient needs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to patient recovery and professional growth within a supportive clinical environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Louisville, KY
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, active license valid for Kentucky, CPR Certification, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with outpatient therapy, experience within a similar setting, involvement in professional activities and organizations
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and documenting treatment plans, ensuring care complies with physician orders and insurance requirements, participating in student supervision, and engaging in ongoing professional development. Candidates should adhere to all applicable state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing.
