Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Physical Therapy (Inpatient/Outpatient) Physical Therapist, Hayward, Wisconsin A Physical Therapist provides clinical services in an outpatient setting, with occasional inpatient availability based on interest. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with appointments scheduled at regular intervals throughout the day. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. Job Details: Schedule: MonFri, with flexible scheduling as needed within business hours; 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT); a valid Physical Therapist license (required to submit). Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience, preferably in outpatient. Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient caseload and support an inpatient mix as available/if interested. Certifications/Orientation: Department-specific orientation is available and is completed during the first 2 days, with orientation led by the Rehab Director.
