- Additional Information: Credentialing required; contract assignment; equipment provided during interview; billing cycle is weekly; notice period is 30 days; parking will be provided during the first day; dress code will be provided during the first day. Candidates involved in holiday weeks should follow site-specific instructions.

- Submission Instructions: If a candidate has worked permanent or PRN at ATI within the last year, they are ineligible to return until separated for one year.
