Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 7-week assignment at a facility located in Wild Rose, Wisconsin. The role involves providing inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed services, primarily focusing on outpatient caseloads. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position offers the flexibility of 8-hour or 10-hour days, with candidates working Monday through Friday.

- Required Qualifications: WI Physical Therapist license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, minimum 3+ years of PT experience (open to new grads), charting experience with EPIC electronic medical record, no travel restrictions from a staff position within 50 miles of Neenah, WI
- Additional Information: The unit provides a combination of inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient services. The outpatient department typically sees treatments lasting 30 minutes and evaluations lasting 60 minutes. Inpatient treatments tend to be scheduled in 2-hour blocks. The patient load is approximately 10-12 patients per day, with flexibility if working 10-hour shifts. Float within facility according to skillset and to other ThedaCare facilities as needed.
