Job Details:
- Location: Wautoma, WI

- Shift: 4x10-hour days (7:00 am 5:30 pm), Monday through Thursday
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, guaranteed, with holidays as needed
- Required Qualifications: Doctorate Degree, Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 1-2+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience (new graduates will be considered), EPIC charting experience within the last year, previous travel experience strongly preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient clinic experience, travel experience, emergency medical record (EMR) experience within the last year
- Additional Information: The traveler will be the only physical therapist at the Wautoma clinic, with onboarding support possibly provided at the nearby Waupaca clinic to build rapport and access support. The position involves working with two physical therapist assistants (PTA's) and a part-time occupational therapist (OT). The role includes working with EPIC electronic medical records and may involve some flexibility for holiday coverage.
