Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Ada, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant in Ada, Oklahoma. This position involves providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day. Job Details: Location: Ada, Oklahoma Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license; ability to effectively communicate with the supervisor and other health team members; ability to document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system; at least 1 years of PTA experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings; must meet skill checklist requirements within 1 year; 0-1 references at the time of submission; active occupational therapy license at time of submission; candidates with a license in good standing will be considered. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting. Additional Information: The role involves assessing patient progress, providing consultation and counseling to patients and families, participating in required meetings and trainings, and supporting students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist. The candidate must adhere to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and state-required practice acts, ethics, and code of conduct.
