Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Surgical Technologist Beverly, Massachusetts. The surgical technologist supports surgical team activities across a 10 OR suite environment serving multiple specialties, including general, GYN, orthopedics, GU, ENT, vascular, robotics, and spine. This role requires proficiency with electronic medical record workflows and the ability to assist with advanced procedures, including DaVinci Robotics cases. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days; 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Start Date: 07/13/2026
- On-Call: Call is scheduled 23 shifts in a schedule period; call may be nights and weekends as needed, with call response time of 30 minutes. After 11:30 p.m., call coverage is required due to no overnight team.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare for surgical procedures and support the surgical team throughout cases.
- Scrub and assist with DaVinci Robotics cases and orthopedic procedures; spine experience is a plus.
- Required Qualifications:
- BLS-AHA (Basic Life Support using American Heart Association standards)
- NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) certification
- EPIC experience
- Flu vaccine required prior to start (personal and religious exemptions not accepted)
- Submission requirement: BILH coversheet required at time of submission
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous travel experience
- Spine experience
- Additional Information:
- Position may require floating to additional surgical locations as operational needs arise.
- Weekdays operate Monday through Friday, and weekends include call shifts.
- Local candidates are not accepted.
