Ultrasonographer General (Radiology) Garden City, KS
The Ultrasonographer General provides general diagnostic ultrasound services across vascular, obstetrical (all three trimesters), and procedural imaging. This role supports an acute care setting and includes an on-call component. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating shifts with Friday through Sunday from 7:00 AM7:00 PM and Monday from 8:00 AM12:00 PM; minimum 37.5 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA); must hold ARDMS and/or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) via CCI; must hold the required ultrasound credential(s) for general ultrasound, obstetrics, and vascular imaging.
- Preferred Qualifications: Echo experience is preferred but not required.
- Additional Information: General ultrasound duties include vascular studies, obstetrical ultrasound (all three trimesters), and procedures; on-call coverage is required only (call/standby begins after 9:00 PM and on weekends).
